Yes. Every retainer starts with an initial three-month partnership period. This gives us both time to get under the skin of your business, get your documentation in order and establish a proper working rhythm. After that, you continue month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Most competitors require you to sign up for 12, 36 or even 60 months. We don't believe in keeping clients who aren't getting value.
Good, we'll start there. We'll review what you have and give you an honest assessment - what's solid, what's out of date, and what wouldn't stand up to scrutiny. From there, we'll agree on the right way to move forward together.
Yes. Remote delivery is standard across all retainer tiers, which keeps costs down and works well for most clients. On-site visits are available as add-ons on the Foundation and Partnership tiers, and are included as standard in the Strategic retainer for quarterly reviews. Travel and expenses are charged separately and always confirmed in advance.
Yes - always. Health, safety and wellbeing are three parts of the same thing for us. Every service covers all three. We don't do health and safety without wellbeing - it's built in from the start.
Yes. All retainer clients receive a competent person certificate, valid for the duration of the retainer, which can be used for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, SafeContractor, MyBuilder and other certification and procurement processes. Light tender and PQQ support is included from the Partnership tier upwards.
We review the retainer scope regularly. If your business grows, changes premises, takes on higher-risk work or needs more support, we'll talk through whether your current tier still fits and adjust accordingly. Nothing is fixed beyond the initial three-month period.
