Testimonials
‘What can I say about Sarah’s facilitating skills?…. Wow! She is energetic and very engaging.
Her command of the room, with her knowledge and energetic approach, ensures that everyone gets involved and is engaged.
Sarah has the right level of empathy, expertise, humour and knowledge to ensure that every participant comes away having a good experience and learned enough to take back to the workplace.
Everyone that I’ve met who has attended her workshop remembers Sarah and, more importantly, remembers something they have gained from her workshops.
I always look forward to facilitating a workshop with Sarah…..great experience and one I would recommend to anyone, at any level!’
‘Sarah joined my Health, Safety and Wellbeing team to support our audit and transformation of the Group Centre of Expertise. Initially joining to undertake an independent audit, Sarah quickly got to grips with the large organisation and the complexity of operations across our global operations.
Sarah:
• Audited and assessed our risk management approach, implementing and tracking risk mitigations, reporting to our Group HSW Forum and the Board
• Conducted an independent audit and delivered a Problem Diagnosis to key senior leadership, formulating a detailed action plan and assembling working groups
• Convened a Safety Leads Forum, cohesively bringing 7 separate businesses together
Sarah’s persuasive coaching style got results. She takes charge and thrives in a crisis. She has phenomenal technical knowledge, anticipated our needs, and communicated them well to the senior leadership team and on-the-ground staff, and people trusted her easily.’
‘Sarah facilitated four mental health and wellbeing workshops with the team at GSM & Co.
For what can be for some a very difficult topic to discuss and engage in conversation, Sarah, from the outset, put the team at ease, explained the science and the emotional aspects of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and encouraged and supported frank and honest discussions between the team during each session.
She was a fantastic facilitator, wonderfully engaging, and provided insight, relevant examples, and context to difficult subject matters. She provided us with handy tips on spotting the signs of varying degrees of mental health decline as well as extremely useful tools to take away to help others as well as ourselves in times of stress and pressure.
I would certainly recommend Sarah to any organisation that needs to provide training in the mental wellbeing space and wants a facilitator who will actively engage their team during each session.’
